PR Nightmares

Sometimes, a media interview can go very wrong. It's happened even to people who are often interviewed by the media. For example, the host of the radio or TV program you are a guest on calls you the wrong name; the host's questions seem to come out of "left field;" or the reporter you talk with is extremely hostile toward you. How you handle what happens can make or break the interview.
